At Luneza Jewelry, we take pride in the quality of our products and aim to ensure a smooth shopping experience. Please review our return and refund policy carefully.


Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it

  • Unworn and unused

  • In its original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Return instructions will be provided by email once your request is approved.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and provide an appropriate solution.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Earrings, for hygiene reasons

  • Personalized or custom-made items

  • Items marked as final sale

Non-Original Condition Items

We do not accept returns for items that show signs of wear, damage caused by misuse, or alterations made after delivery.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to purchase a different item, please request a return (if eligible) and place a new order separately.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

Returned items must be:

  • In the same condition as received

  • Unworn or unused

  • In their original packaging

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
