Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Luneza Jewelry is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been shipped, Luneza Jewelry is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier. If your package is lost, please contact us and we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier when applicable.
